“The greatest wealth is health” ~Virgil

Very, very important part of accomplishing your health goals is having an accountability partner or two. If you could have done it on your own you would have done it by now, so tell your goals to at least one person and ask them to check in on you and keep you accountable.

My brother-in-law Patrick has a goal to release 100 pounds in 4 months and run over 100 miles. He’s telling the whole world about his goal! Health has become a priority to Patrick and he is serious about accomplishing his goal. It is no small goal however, and he knows he will need all the help he can get so he is telling everybody he knows and is using every resource that he knows of.

I’m sure he will inspire many people with what he’s doing, he’s already inspiring me! He is running every single day, at least 5 miles, and recently ran a 10 mile race on January 9th which was his birthday.

If you would like to read more about Pat you can click here.

You can also read about him in the Boardwalk Journal January 2010 issue, page #12 article “Out of Adversity, a Champion is Born”.

Have an AWESOME week everyone!

All the best,
Egle

That’s my awesome brother! You go Pat and inspire others to improve their health.
I’m training with my wife Egle doing P90X a 12 week hardcore program that combines strength training, cardio and other disciplines. It’s not that hard if you commit to it . She holds me accountable and vice versa. Plus I drink at least 1 gallon of Kangen water everyday usually more. This helps remove the lactaid acid immediately and helps my body recover quicker.
