Happy New Year everyone! 2009 was a challenging year for many, 2010 brings new fresh hope and I’m sure will be one amazing year! However, your health is in your hands, what are your health goals for 2010? Write them down! A healthy toast to a great year!

Setting goals is an extremely important step, how do you know where to go and what to do if you have no clear objectives? My health goals for 2010 is to eat an 80% + living foods diet, complete the p90x program and run in my first marathon. What are your goals?

Another goal is to post weekly to this blog as I have been wanting to do for a long time, but I have committed and am finally making it a reality!

Write out your goals, set the intention, make a plan and make a commitment to stick to it and you are sure to succeed!

Happy New Year to my most amazing wife and I support you in your goals!

My 2010 fitness goals right now are to finish P90X in March and get to less than 15% body fat (22% right now). I also want to qualify for the Boston Marathon by running a 3:30 marathon.

I have health conscious goals this year as well. I have already started doing many pushes before the new year, and I hope to continue, together with cellercising and yoga throughout the year to gain some good muscle mass and flexibility!
