That has been my mantra for the past month or so I as have been attempting to adapt a low fat raw vegan lifestyle. I have to say, while becoming vegetarian over four years ago was surprisingly easy for me I have been struggling with the low fat raw vegan approach.
I heard a cool statement recently that made me wonder, “There is no right or wrong, good or bad, only consequences.” When it comes to health it is pretty clear that our health is a reflection of the choices we make.

I just took this test and wanted to share it with you guys. Based on my current lifestyle I am expected to live to 105 years old! Nod bad, but I know I could do better.

You cannot be healthy without dedicating some time for daily exercise, there’s just no way around it. Even the busiest of you can find at least 15 minutes to move your body daily. More is better.
